What We Do
Domestic clients
Your entertainment budget is one of the most powerful business development tools at your disposal and can greatly assist in building productive relationships.
This is where Sportsphere can help:
- Are you looking to create a lasting impression on a key client? We develop special experiences to provide an even bigger wow factor. Previous examples include a legend hosted hospitality table at a match, exclusive behind the scenes stadium tours, and player meet and greets
- Need to ensure your guests are well looked after on the event day? We can provide a matchday host, with knowledge of the venue, to take care of all logistics. From obtaining and delivering the tickets, to arranging transportation, to meeting your guests at drop off points and taking them to their hospitality facility, all bases are covered
- Do you hold seasonal hospitality at a club or venue? We develop inventive solutions to make sure that your seats will never be empty. We work with charitable partners, influencers, and businesses, ensuring any empty seats can be used to garner publicity, secure contra deals or achieve additional benefits
- Our long list of contacts within the industry means we can source the best value seats to meet your requirements and budget. All tickets are guaranteed and official, we know who the reliable and reputable sellers are and who should be avoided
Overseas visitors
Travelling to the UK and looking to attend a sports event? We appreciate it can be overwhelming to arrange from overseas. How do you secure tickets? What different options are available? Will that game move date? How can I tell if the tickets are official? Is there a hotel near the venue? What else is there to do after the event finishes? These are amongst the many questions that are asked regularly by our overseas guests.
Here’s where Sportsphere can assist:
- We can source a range of seats for any game or event to suit all budgets and requirements. We ensure that all tickets are official and only purchased through reputable and approved suppliers.
- Booking a hotel to suit your budget and requirements whilst also staying in easy travelling proximity of your event can prove tricky. We can recommend the best accommodation solutions for you.
- We advise on other events taking place in the UK while you are visiting. Looking to attend a London football match on Saturday afternoon followed by an evening in the West End at a Michelin calibre restaurant? No problem. Fancy attending a rugby match AND a concert over your weekend break? We’ve got you covered. Just let us know your preferences and we’ll do the rest
- Interested in attending a behind the scenes stadium tour? Fancy playing golf with a former player of your favourite football club? How about a pre-match lunch in the company of a sporting legend? We arrange exclusive, tailored experiences that will make your trip extra special.
